Bank Import Is Temporarily Unavailable
Teller, the banking data provider Bank Import relied on, shut down with little notice. We're investigating alternatives, but since demand for the feature was already low, there's no firm timeline to bring it back.
If it does return, it would be a separate paid add-on rather than part of Premium. Every replacement provider charges an ongoing per-user fee for bank connections, which is a recurring cost to us, so this is the one part of SplitterUp that may be billed as a subscription. Premium itself stays a one-time purchase.

Our Data Provider Shut Down
Teller powered the bank connection behind this feature. Teller shut down with little notice, which took Bank Import offline along with it. This wasn't a decision we made.
Your Data Was Removed
Any previously connected accounts and imported transaction data have been disconnected and deleted, consistent with how disconnecting always worked.
We're Looking at Alternatives
We're evaluating other bank-connection providers. Because usage of Bank Import was already low, it's not our top priority — but we'll update this page if that changes.
